Effective Prayer (from the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada)
∙ An inseparable link exists between prayer and fruitful ministry, since it is through our prayers that God has chosen to unleash his power. There are seven ways to help you pray more effectively for Alliance missionaries.

Stanley and Rosa Leung (Venezuela)

Praise God for the nine individuals who are attending the baptismal class at their church.

Prayer request:
- Pray that each one will grow in their faith as they make this commitment to walk with Jesus.
- Pray for Stanley and Rosa as they plan their Christmas outreach ministry.
- Pray also for Pastor Stephen Lee and his wife Maria from Scarborough Chinese Alliance Church who will come to assist with the Christmas ministry.
- Pray that many lives will be impacted and brought to Christ.

Bill and Diane Finnemore (Poland)

Praise God for the healthy turn-out in the prayer meeting (30-40 people).

Prayer request:
- Marta is suffering physically with an infection in her body that she says is chronic. Please pray for Christ to touch her and heal her completely.

Ann Stephens (Republic of Congo)

Ann praises our Sovereign God who is so Faithful right down to the last minute. The container was released from inspection on time so that the STMT from Connecticut can install the inverters and batteries at Brazzaville, with the rest sent off to Brazza and Ollombo.

- Pray for the team from Connecticut and the work that they will be doing in the two weeks that they are here.
